From the very independent residents of our retirement community, to those with Alzheimer's or memory care needs, Oak Leaf Manor offers our residents customized support, which allows individuals to feel at home with all the benefits of Personal Care Living. At Oak Leaf Manor, our residents pay only for the care they need, when they need it. Three graduated care levels are available to provide what a resident requires in the privacy of their own space. With coordinated access to health and medical services such as on-site physician visits, therapy and respiratory services, and podiatry care, residents can rest assured that their needs will be met.

Oak Leaf Manor has no entrance or application fees, allowing residents to retain control of their finances. Full amenities, including assistance with medications, personal hygiene, and laundry services, combined in a warm, comfortable atmosphere, to provide trustworthy living and peace of mind. Oak Leaf Manor allows individuals to enjoy the best of their retirement years without the worries of living alone!

Oak Leaf Manor offers planned social and recreational activities such as musical entertainment programs, socials, health and educational seminars, men's and women's clubs and organized games. Scheduled trips in our comfortable, custom, 14 passenger bus provides opportunities to enjoy the outings our residents have enjoyed much of their adult lives such as dinner theater, sporting events, nature observations, visits to local points of interest, casino and shopping. Free scheduled transportation to medical appointments, based on need, is available a couple days each week.

Oak Leaf Manor also welcomes short-term stays to accommodate the needs of those who have had day surgery and are not quite ready to return home. Shorter-term or respite stays are a wonderful way to take care of a loved one while the family is on vacation, or in need of a well-earned break from the stress of providing constant care for a loved one. One to two weeks at Oak Leaf Manor may also provide the reassurance to an elder loved one that retirement communities can be an enjoyable, stimulating way of life, helping ease their fears of transition into a different life stage.
