Oak Leaf Manor North and South are owned and operated by Charles and Frances Lefever, and their daughter Lynette Trout, all of Lancaster.

Years ago, after researching the Lancaster County area, “Charlie” found a great need to provide area seniors with the respect, dignity and quality care they deserve. Nineteen years later, the family has established the “Oak Leaf Manor” name in the community as an upscale, rental retirement home that assists its residents not only with the tasks of daily living, but also provides a higher quality of life.

Today, that same high standard of care is followed through by dedicated family members. As President of the company, Lynette is involved in many organizations such as The Penn Manor Education Foundation, Junior Achievement, Sertoma and Rotary, as well as other civic and volunteer groups. Oak Leaf Manor North and South have become a friendly meeting site for many of these community groups. Acting as an integral member of the management team, David (Lynette's husband) heads our Office Management team as controller of the company. Their daughter's Kaitie and Devon work in the Food Service department, ensuring that each delicious homecooked meal is delivered with special loving care to each of our guests.

Staying involved in Oak Leaf Manor's growth and quality assurance sysem provides excellent service by caring trained professionals. Many seniors need a safe place to call home, and we're proud to be able to offer this, and welcome them into the Oak Leaf Manor family. As my father said over twenty years ago, "We believe that your retirement years should be among the best years of your life".
